Every project begins with an on-site consultation where we walk the property together, discuss your goals, and explore the overall vision for the space. During this meeting, we establish an initial design direction — thoughtfully considering layout, flow, function, atmosphere, and how the space will ultimately be lived in. We’ll sketch out preliminary ideas, discuss possibilities, and create a clear starting point for the project. If you choose to move forward, our design retainer typically ranges from $3,000–$5,000 depending on project scope and complexity. This phase includes the development of an initial conceptual design outlining major elements such as outdoor living areas, pavers, pools, kitchens, landscape features, lighting, planting concepts, and spatial flow. We then refine the design collaboratively through up to three design revisions to ensure the direction feels aligned both functionally and aesthetically. Once the overall layout and vision are approved, we move into the curation phase — thoughtfully sourcing materials, finishes, furnishings, plant selections, and design details. This process may include visits to showrooms, nurseries, stone yards, or supplier locations to experience materials firsthand and ensure every element feels cohesive and intentional. After selections are finalized, we produce a complete full-color design rendering that brings the entire vision to life. At this stage, the project is typically highly refined, though one final revision is included if needed to fine tune remaining details. Upon final approval, we transition into project management and execution — coordinating site planning, material procurement, scheduling, permitting, and collaboration with specialized craftsmen and trades to thoughtfully bring the design to life.
